This product is formed by polycondensation of sulfonated acetone and small monomer, characterized by high dispersibility and non-air entrainment, it effectively improves compactibility of concrete, enhances anti-permeability, and lowers water-binder ratio at the same time to increase the strength of concrete in early stage and later stage. It satisfies requirements for first-rate product in the Concrete Admixture (GB8076-2008) and the TJS [2005] No. 160 Standard and has been widely applied to precast and cast-in-place concrete, reinforced concrete and pre-stressed concrete used in industrial and civil construction, water conservancy, transportation, ports and municipal engineering, etc.
I. Property 1. Appearance: brownish red liquid2. PH value: 11-13 3. Active ingredient: 28-37% 4. Density: 1.16-1.25
II. Main technical performance 1. Mixing amount: 1.2%-2.0% of total weight of gelled material, water-reducing rate: 18%-25%, slump of the concrete mixture added into this product can be increased considerably. Bleeding can be reduced to improve workability of concrete. Excellent molding performance keeps the pre-mixed concrete in good workability after long-term transport.2. With the same water-cement ratio, it can greatly enhance fluidity, cohesiveness, pumping performance and stability of concrete and increase various mechanical properties of the hardened concrete. 3. This product can increase strength of concrete in each stage for 20-50% under the same condition, improve compressive strength and flexural strength of concrete and has good compatibility with other admixtures. Besides used for preparing conventional concrete, it can also be used for high-strength concrete over C60 and anti-freeze thawing concrete over 200 times. 4. This product is economical and can save 10-20% cement with workability of concrete mixture and strength of hardened concrete in each stage unchanged. It can generate considerable economic benefit 5. Increase durability, workability, anti-permeability, anti-freezing and rustproof capacity of concrete, improve the internal structure of hardened concrete and lower water-binder ratio. 6. It can be combined with other materials to prepare compound admixtures and contains no chlorine salt, having no corrosion on steel.
III. Usage and precautions 1. Recommended mixing amount: 1.2-2.0% of the total weight of gelled materials2. Method for mixing: mixing with concrete and then stirring; adding this mixture after concrete being mixed with water will be better. For other requirements, please operate according to the relevant provisions in the Technical Code for Application of Admixture in Concrete (GB50119-2003). 3. Precaution (1) The concrete trial-mix test shall be conducted before using it or being mixed with the other additives. (2) Please pay attention to the accuracy of test measurement and temperature effect on the performance of concrete in early stage. (3) Enhance the early-stage maintenance on concrete. It is forbidden to eat.
IV. Package and storage 1. This product is non-ignitable, anti-freezing and pollution-free and ensures safety during transport, storage and usage.2. Shelf life: 2 years. |
